MATERIAL COMPOSITION & PROPERTIES

The core materials include:

Syntactic Foam:

Epoxy or polymer composites with hollow glass microspheres. Provides compressive strength, low density, and dimensional stability under deepwater pressures.

 

Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Foam: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, with consistent mechanical properties suitable for mid-depth mooring and support applications.

 

Epoxy-Resin Composites:

Engineered for cyclic loading, fatigue resistance, and thermal stability, ensuring structural integrity over long-term deployment.

 

These materials are processed under controlled conditions to maintain precise density, buoyancy, and structural behavior, enabling predictable performance across subsea pipelines, risers, and modular support systems.
